By accessing or using the tools, products, or services offered by AuditWayFin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

AuditWayFin provides subscription-based tools, custom review sessions, and professional support designed to streamline audit workflows and enhance compliance procedures.
2.2 Information Products
We offer digital guides, video tutorials, and training modules that cover best practices in audit planning, execution, and reporting.
2.3 Physical Goods
Available products include branded merchandise and specialized hardware components that support on-site review activities.
3. Payment and Billing
Payment for any offering is due in full at the time of purchase. AuditWayFin accepts major credit cards and electronic payment methods. Fees and billing cycles are described on the order page and confirmation email.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Service Solutions
Requests for a refund or reschedule must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before any deliverables have been provided. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. To reschedule a service, please use our contact form with your original order number. Once deliverables have been delivered, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Services: Custom review engagements and on-site planning sessions are non-refundable due to resource allocation and planning commitments. This policy is communicated at the time of purchase to ensure informed decisions.
4.2 Information Products
Digital guides and training modules may be refunded within 7 days of download or access. To request a refund, submit your order details via our contact form. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
4.3 Physical Goods
Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition and original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection, AuditWayFin will issue either a store credit or refund (at customer’s choice) within 10 business days.
5. Modifications to the Policy
AuditWayFin reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting at auditwayfin.com. Continued use of our offerings constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
